  1. Sign in with the email you used for your membership. We'll email you a one-time login code, no password needed.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Select Solfenity Prime Membership and tap Cancel subscription.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your membership stops renewing right away. You won't be charged again.
  • You'll get an email confirming the cancellation.
  • Membership fees already charged are not refunded, except where we charged you in error.
  • Orders you already placed keep the warranty they were purchased with.
  • Member pricing, free Prime shipping, free Prime returns and the members catalog end for future orders.
